At Arpana Aneesha Studio, I want to encourage all people to step into their creative nature and express with joy what is in their hearts. This is a place to nurture our art in whatever manifestation it wishes to take form. It is especially important to foster creative expression in young people for it to develop as a valued form of wisdom expression, as well as viable means of sustainability: for us, our communities and our planet. Children are our investment into the future through the present moment. This page is dedicated to young artists, age 5 through 18.

Bio
Aneesha Parrone has been a weaver/fiber artist since 1977. She studied at Barton College, Penland School of Crafts, Haystacks School of Crafts and graduate work at Goddard College. In addition, in 1979 she served as apprentice to North Carolina master weaver, Jane Weir. Exhibiting throughout the state and nationally, her work expresses an exceptional style of tapestry weaving. more...
